And another show weekend with a double. The
first day Marianne Gyárfás judging - again.
Yes, I know it is kind of stupid but ask the
Hungarian Kennelclub why they always give
the same 2-3 judges for the Setters. Would
love to show under some judges that haven't
seen Danka for 2-3 years now - but nope,
they are always assigned to other breeds.
Anyway, Danka won the champion class - which
itself was a kind of miracle, having had one
of the nicest Hungarian bitches in the class.
I am sure it is her movement and attitude
that convinces all the judges (and
definately not my stacking style ;-)) Danka
went on to be CACIB as well.
On Sunday the judge was Levente Miklós,
known for being very strict. Sometimes a bit
too much maybe? Danka got an
excellent 1 without title :-) Her
topline and movement was not good enough :-)
There was no CACIB title awarded in bitches
at all. But there is no reason to complain,
at least it was an excellent, not a very
good or good or even worse - he gave all
those out the day before in another gundog
breed ;-)
